Refund Policy

1. Digital Files
All products at Sublimatika are digital files available for download. In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations and German §356 BGB:

Refunds are not possible after payment for digital products if the consumer has agreed to immediate delivery of the files and waived the right of withdrawal.

By purchasing digital content, the customer confirms that they understand the nature of the product and agree with the terms of delivery.

2. Technical Corrections
We accept requests for technical corrections of files within 14 days after purchase. If a file is damaged or cannot be opened, our team will promptly assist in resolving the issue.

3. Premium Collections
For premium collections, an exclusive right of return within 14 days is provided. Upon return, the license for the file will be canceled, and further use of the file is prohibited.
